Holy paladins are probably the games most efficient healers and yet we have a measly two healing spells, three if you count holy shock but i'd rather not - It's something of a dissapointment.

Regardless, in both Flash of Light and Holy Light a well-geared paladin has the ability to heal almost indefinitely, MP5 and heal criticals refunding mana leaving you working hard to ever bring yourself to OOM.

With that said, a paladin is a single target healer, if you want to heal whole groups/raids at a time you'll need to look at shaman or priest.
